Celebrate the season with Kuné, as CMSM’s fall season of 3rd Wednesdays at Maker’s Stage comes to a joyful close!
Known for bringing together musical traditions, instruments, and sounds from around the world, Kuné creates music that crosses borders and celebrates the extraordinary possibilities of making music together.
For this special Global Holiday Celebration, the ensemble brings its vibrant energy to Maker’s Stage with a festive program inspired by the sounds and traditions of the season. Expect an uplifting hour filled with rich musical colours, infectious rhythms, beautiful melodies, and the spirit of celebration that connects communities around the world.
Whether you’re a longtime Kuné fan or discovering the ensemble for the first time, take a break from the December rush and join us for an hour of music, community, and holiday cheer in the heart of downtown Mississauga.
Presented by the Chamber Music Society of Mississauga, 3rd Wednesdays at Maker’s Stage brings outstanding musicians to the Hazel McCallion Central Library for free lunchtime concerts on the third Wednesday of each month.
This performance is made possible with funding from the Music Performance Trust Fund, in partnership with the Mississauga Library and the City of Mississauga.
