The Chamber Music Society of Mississauga is proud to present PianoFest 2026 — a full day of exceptional piano artistry featuring some of Canada’s most dynamic and compelling performers.

Join us for an immersive musical experience as four distinct recitals unfold across the afternoon and evening, each offering a unique voice, perspective, and sound world. From lyrical intimacy to virtuosic brilliance, PianoFest celebrates the expressive range of the piano in all its forms.

Festival Schedule & Artists

🎹 1:00 PM – Katherine Dowling & Clark Schaufele
An imaginative and expressive duo, Dowling and Schaufele bring clarity, depth, and nuanced storytelling to the piano repertoire, offering a richly collaborative opening to the festival.

🎹 3:00 PM – Adam Sherkin
Known for his thoughtful programming and deeply personal interpretations, Sherkin’s performances blend intellectual curiosity with poetic sensitivity.

🎹 5:00 PM – Rachel Fenlon
A uniquely versatile artist, Fenlon is celebrated internationally as both pianist and vocalist, crafting performances that are intimate, innovative, and emotionally compelling.

🎹 7:00 PM – Philip Chiu
One of Canada’s most beloved pianists, Chiu captivates audiences with his charisma, technical brilliance, and communicative power, bringing the festival to a thrilling close.
